ChartBase Awarded 2012 Laureate Medal by Computerworld Honors Program

ChartBase has been awarded a 2012 Laureate Medal in the category of Innovation by IDG’s Computerworld Honors Program, honoring visionary applications of information technology promoting positive social, economic and educational change.

This year’s honorees were recognized on June 4, 2012 at the 24th Annual Honors Awards Program and Gala Evening in Washington, D.C at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium.

“On Monday night, the Computerworld Honors Program recognized 200 innovative uses of technology that are benefiting society. The gathering of IT visionaries from more than 25 countries reinforces that IT capabilities can span the globe to not only provide business value but positive social change,” said John Amato, vice president/publisher of Computerworld. “The level of enthusiasm and emotion demonstrated by Laureates and 21st Century Achievement Award Winners was remarkable, and comments from Brook Colangelo, Chief Information Officer for the Office of Administration in the Executive Office of the President, left me inspired. I eagerly look forward to watching these projects continue to provide a positive impact.”
